Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Speakeasy AI application ("Service"), provided by Solustack LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Speakeasy AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using Speakeasy AI, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
License and Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Speakeasy AI on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Use the Service to impersonate others, mislead users, or engage in fraud, abuse, or harassment
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the Service
Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscriptions and Payments
Speakeasy AI offers free and paid subscription plans. If you purchase a paid plan:
- Payment is processed through Stripe. The Company does not directly store your credit card information.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the Company's discretion.
- The Company reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
Third-Party Services
Speakeasy AI integrates with third-party services including Auth0, Google Cloud Firestore, Stripe, and ElevenLabs. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party service providers.
Pro plan users who provide their own ElevenLabs API key are solely responsible for their usage of the ElevenLabs service and compliance with ElevenLabs' terms.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Solustack LLC. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Solustack LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
